On February 8, 2010 in the Metairie office EDG held their second annual blood drive. Twenty-four employees and employee family members were able to give the gift of life.
"The Blood Center provides blood to over 40 hospitals and outpatient transfusion facilities throughout Southeast Louisiana and Southern Mississippi.
We have 15 donor centers and conduct blood drives all over the Gulf Coast...Our mission is to provide a quality supply of blood components to meet the needs of the communities served by The Blood Center.
